Position Summary: Manage the procurement process for domestic and international. Maintain relationships with internal business partners and external vendors for new stores, remodels, expansions, expansions and rollouts. Key Responsibilities: Support construction, architecture, interior design and visual departments as it relates to the procurement of fixtures and materials for new store openings, remodels, expansions, LRI's and rollouts.Oversee inventory planning and management function of fixtures and materials for all projects.Partner with Store Design on design development for fixtures and materials, prototyping, value engineering and constructionControl and communicate expectations of design as it relates to budget, pricing, quality and lead timeCoordinate timelines with construction for overall timeline and delivery as it relates to store opening timelinesWork in tandem with all teams, internal and external to facilitate the design intent, both quality and budget based designBudget management, tracking all costs in coordination with the overall budget, assessing risk and impact to the schedule and capital spendIssue and maintain purchasing start up documents for construction - delivery schedules, takeoff and fixture shop drawings/material specifications Vendors- Domestic and InternationalSource and qualify vendors for fixtures and materials.Lead and manage the vendor selection and negotiation process with a focus on fixtures and materials.Establish and maintain business and contractual relationships with vendors, adhere to all contract compliance and adjust sourcing strategies based on changing market and business needs.Conduct regular supplier performance reviews in an effort to better provide service, pricing and benefit to company BudgetsIssue purchase order requisitions, invoice approvals and close out of fixture materials budgetsMaintain domestic and international fixture and material budget baseline.Provide fixture and material budget's for all new store openings, remodels, expansions, LRI's and rolloutsMeasure and track performance within all line items/GL codes and define budget impact as it relates to additions/omissions effecting the overall project budgetsFixture Design Implementation and Value EngineeringValue engineer and implement fixtures and materials, adhering to store design expectations, providing best quality and costMaintain milestone calendar for all design efforts, in coordination with master timeline as it relates to store/project delivery.Conduct and issue RFI/RFP and perform bid analysis per projectPartner with construction, store design, architects, and visual partners to achieve design intent.

Requirements:5+ years of experience in high end retail purchasing/procurement with a multi-location retailer including experience handling Store Design and vendor issues. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Project, etc. Previous experience managing a Purchasing budget on a project basis, as well as an annual capital spend. Financial and analytical strength, acute recode keeping skills.Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external business partners. Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to direct projects autonomously and make effective and timely decisions with conviction. Degree: preference would be Architecture/Design or related field.
