Construction Manager (Solar)

The Construction Mangers are responsible for day-to-day oversite of the project sites.

They will be managing the subs that are onsite to ensure they are meeting their deadlines.

They will be working directly with the customer which can include NRG (Owner) and Kaiser.

Will be managing the Construction Managers that are assigned to each project. Typically 2 CM's per PM.

These projects are all over the Bay Area for Kaiser. They will be installing solar on top of carports in 36 different locations through the Bay Area. These locations range from Sonoma to San Jose and everything in between.

Sr Project Manager will not be working heavily in the field mostly from their home and attending weekly meetings directly with Kaiser which has their HQ in Oakland.

The Sr Project Manager will be creating the Scope of Work, the Schedule, and the Budget for these solar projects. No special certifications needed. No special tools or PPE needed. It's an office job.

OSHA 30 card would be preferred.
