CAD Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering firm located in Northern Virginia. We are hiring utility CAD Drafters to support our team in performing utility locations for electrical, and telecom utilities. We are seeking drafting professionals who are interested in permanent, long term employment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• 1+ years' experience using AutoCAD for civil/utilities drafting
• 1+ years experience in a professional work environment
• Ability to work in a team

Job Description:

• Preform field surveys for area requiring utility location
• Work with existing CAD diagrams to identify utility lines
• Utilize AutoCAD to create, update and edit CAD files
• Receive red-lines and markup to draft for utility locations
