Forklift Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

Job will include loading / unloading trucks, hooking and unhooking bags from equipment, retrieving supplies and materials, staging pallets, clearing production areas and general warehouse clean up. Also will be required to bend, stoop, kneel, squat and lift at least 55lbs manually.

Work Environment:

Working in a warehouse environment, not climate controlled and can be dusty at times. Will be working 2nd shift 3:30pm - 12am; During discharges will be working 7am-7pm and over the weekend for 4-5 days straight, up to 8 days if there is rain.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience
Proficient and experienced with operating forklifts
Knowledge of general warehouse policies
Able to handle physical demands of the position (lifting 55lbs on consistent basis)
** Will need to have an Active TWIC ** (no expectations)

Performance Expectations:

Expected to show up on time and not call out of work unless an emergency. ATTENDANCE, RELIABILITY and WORK ETHIC are the biggest things that will determine keeping someone on and offering a perm opportunity after the 90 Business Days.
