CNC Operator

Seeking people with CNC operating experience!

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate single or multiple CNC milling machines to manufacture complex machined parts.
• Inspect own work using various inspection methods and equipment.
• Read all necessary work instructions, including procedures, routers and blueprints.
• Keep own work area cleaned and maintained.
• Stamp operations that are completed and provide accurate counts.
• Once tasked by set-up machinist, complete production run with little or no interruption to set-up machinist.

Please apply if you meet the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years of previous experience performing set up on CNC Mill & Lathe
• Machining to tolerances of +/- .002
• Experience with 3 axis cnc machines
• Set up and operate multi-axis cnc machines with fanuc controls
• Can work with mills, lathes, vtls and other types of machines
• Read blueprints and perform in-process inspections
• Assist engineers with programming and troubleshooting
