About this job
An IT support company in Spokane Valley is currently looking for a customer focused Help Desk Analyst who will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving computer hardware and software application problems through discussion and diagnosis.
Responsibilities:
- * Provide Level 1 hardware and software technical support for a variety of platforms for multiple retail and hospitality customers.
- * Resolve, track and document progress on all issues from service calls
- * Responsible for creating and maintaining call logs in Salesforce Service Cloud
- * Dispatch Field Service Technicians to provide on-site support as needed
- * Managed the check-out process for on-site Field Service Technicians
- * Resolve and track progress on all issues and service calls
Qualifications
- At least one year in a customer-interfacing role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
