Staff Management, an organization that excels in finding the right candidates for our clients is currently seeking to fill several "Assembler C" positions based in Milwaukee, WI. The assembler will mount components to drive panels, route and connect wires to enclosure and panel options. They will assemble sub-assemblies and enclosures as well as final assemblies to customer order according to documented engineering specifications, UL, CSA and company workmanship standards.

Industry: Manufacturing.

Duties: Critical Tasks/Responsibilities: Electro-mechanical assembly, 2. Point to point wiring or use of wire harness, 3. Basic sheet metal machine work; 4. Participate in quality and productivity improvement activities; 5. Verify accuracy of inventory counts and complete material transactions; 6. Complete production support tasks such as prioritizing, kitting, label printing and packet assembly as needed; 7. Perform similar assembly tasks in other work areas as needed; 8. Communicate with engineering to correct or clarify documentation.

Required Skills:
Skils Required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year manufacturing assembly experience, panel assembly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of electronic workmanship standards. Knowledgeable in the proper use of hand electrical assembly tools and wire preparation tools. Drilling, tapping, metal cutting, and hole punching skills. Basic schematic reading skills, and knowledge of 3 phase wiring. Skilled at wire routing techniques
