Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the supervision and training of team members, assist in rolling out Employee Work Rules (EWR) and Manager Self Service (MSS) to the Human Resource Shared Service Center (HRSSC), and assist with triage on system issues. Assist with communicating to division personnel workflow process changes resulting from EWR implementation.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist and train Contract Administrators with inputting rules pertaining to Union Contracts and Non-Union work agreements into the EWR system and MSS events in ExpressHR.
• Speak to groups of various sizes under various conditions. Give presentations and group training.
• Serve as backup to the Contract Administrators.
• Responsible for verification of time cards in Kronos for department staff.
• Assist in testing changes and enhancements to the EWR and Kermit system.
• Provide management with status and progress reports.
• Provide feedback to manager on performance reviews of team members.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Desired Previous Job Experience/Qualifications:

• Associates degree in a Business related field of study preferred.
• Human Resource exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of union contracts and union pension, health and welfare preferred.
