General Laborer - Heat Treat Dept - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals has the privilege of partnering with Blount International to recruit motivated production workers.

Ideal candidates will have production and/or assembly experience, be dependably able to complete repetitive tasks with a high level of quality, motivated to work in a team orientated atmosphere.

Schedule: Mon-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Compensation: $14+
Length of Assignment: 3 or 6 month placements

Physical requirements include:

• Capable of standing for 8+ hours
• Dexterity to handle smaller parts
• Occasional lifting requirements upwards of 50 lbs. which are lifted with hoist and lifting devices
• Frequent movement of 5-10 lbs. or less
• Flexibility and willingness to do different types of tasks
• PPE required.
  • ANSI approved safety shoes required
  • Safety glasses and hearing protection provided Blount as well as extra additional PPE such as gloves

Qualifications Include:

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team or independently
• Mechanical Aptitude for machine operation & maintenance
• Good communication & documentation for Quality
• Ability to understand control features
• High school diploma or the equivalent
