Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters of Architecture
  • 3+ Years Experience as an Architectural Designer
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a MUST
  • Experience or Interest in the Healthcare Sector
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Projects at 1 Time

Job Description:

  • Staff/Junior Architect to work between production staff architects and project architects on healthcare focused projects, which is one step down from a project architect!
  • Project type: will work on Healthcare projects, which makes up 70% of the Philly office's workload. They also handle Corporate Interiors as well.
  • Building Core & Shell and/or Interior experience is ideal
  • Uses independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, but functions as a collaborative member of a team
  • Independently solves problems and reviews findings with team leader
  • Compiles data, performs design computations, and executes all necessary code analysis with guidance from team leader
  • Makes quantity takeoffs
  • Prepares architectural renderings and documentation in coordination with internal and external team members
  • Maintains project files and records (electronic and otherwise) in an organized fashion that is readily identifiable and coordinated with team members
