Client is undergoing prostrate cancer treatment and is very anxious. The client will be dependent to some extent to do prescribed chores , including wash clothes , keep the house in an orderly way, communicate with outsiders, run errands as required and cater to his meals ( making or ordering )
Person must not be too talkative
