Enrollment / Eligibility Representative - Cypress, CA - Full-time / Part-time

The Enrollment / Eligibility Representative, will be based out of our Cypress, CA office. She / he will be responsible for creating, compiling and distributing employer group contractual agreements for key accounts. The Enrollment / Eligibility Representative will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with various internal partners throughout the contract issuance process. Positions may also be responsible for reconciling eligibility discrepancies. Assisting with miscellaneous fulfillment tasks, as necessary. Proven ability to meet or exceed a high level of quality and production metrics. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Daily responsibility of creating, compiling and distributing employer group contractual agreements
Work independently
Maintain contracts information for key accounts and small groups cases
Make additions, changes to account information
Review and analyze data
Work with internal teams on a regular basis
Meet department turnaround times and accuracy metrics
Team player
Will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work overtime as needed based on business needs

Required Qualifications:


High School Diploma / GED
1+ year of experience in an office setting using a computer
Experience working with Microsoft Windows applications
Experience working with Microsoft Word (create, update, and format documents) and Microsoft Excel (create, and update spreadsheets)
Availability to work Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm / overtime will depend on business needs
Preferred Qualifications:


1+ year in a production environment in healthcare experience

1+ experience working in Healthcare Industry

Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
Good communication, problem solving and organization skills, detail oriented
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and work in a team environment
Ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
