Aerotek is currently hiring for an immediate, full time, customer service representative to start on July 31, 2017.
- Location: Jessup, PA
- Pay: starting at $12/hour
- Shift: Must be open to any shift between 7am-10pm. More than likely would be a mid-shift. (Must have open availability to work 2 weekend days a month.)
- Placement Type: 3-6 month contract-to-hire
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Accessing policies, procedures, information in the software system.
- Accurately documenting notes on the call.
- Navigating with dual monitors.
- Being able to type and talk on the phone at the same time.
Must haves:
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Drug and background check required.
