About this job

Aerotek is currently hiring for an immediate, full time, customer service representative to start on July 31, 2017.

  • Location: Jessup, PA
  • Pay: starting at $12/hour
  • Shift: Must be open to any shift between 7am-10pm. More than likely would be a mid-shift. (Must have open availability to work 2 weekend days a month.)
  • Placement Type: 3-6 month contract-to-hire

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Accessing policies, procedures, information in the software system.
  • Accurately documenting notes on the call.
  • Navigating with dual monitors.
  • Being able to type and talk on the phone at the same time.

Must haves:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Drug and background check required.
