About this job
The Quality Assurance team is responsible for performing the Quality Assurance on a variety of benefits plans. They review and run a series of tests to ensure the plans are built accurately. If changes need to be made, they work with other teams to address these fixes.
* Provide feedback and remediation based on findings.
* Assist with research and completion of various projects as they relate to Quality Audit requests.
Check over the benefits plans that are being built or a plan revision
Testing tool that runs up to 1,000 different claims through the system.
There is a tool that this team uses called Benefit Edit Tool (BET). BET is where the client (insurance company) criteria is laid out as far as what the client has ordered and wants built into their plan.
This position consists of analysis, research, and verification of discrepancies and edits needed for these insurance plans.
