Aerotek is now hiring at Website Customer Support Specialist to start ASAP! This position pays $15/hour and is in a call center setting.
This position will report up through the call center. This company has a large customer base who logs into the website to manage their retirement.
This position will be taking anywhere from 60 to 80 inbound calls per day from customers who have questions about their online access/website . T
hey will most likely be resetting their password or may answer basic website questions about the program. Calls could last just a few minutes, depending on the question. Most calls are about providing excellent customer experience, but need to have comfort working on the computer and websites.
Hours: Training will be a few days Monday through Friday 8-5 or within those hours. This position will be from 11:30 AM to 8 PM so candidates need to be ok working this late.
