Skilled Laborer - Full-time / Part-time

IMMEDIATE OPENING AVAILABLE

MUST HAVE:
*3+ years of experience working in the construction industry or related industry
*Hand tools

PLUS:
*Experience with electrical or hvac

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in renovating "fixing up" apartments / town homes for new tenants to move-in

RESPONSIBILITIES CAN INCLUDE:
*Assist in carpentry and renovation work
*Replacing lighting fixtures, door knobs
*Painting, timing, spackling
*Fixing door ways or doors or cabinet doors
*Replacing floors
*Help installing new equipment
*General labor work

PROJECT SITE INFO:
* Edison Village offers two bedroom townhomes and one and two bedroom apartments

OTHER:
*Project is in Edison, NJ (Edison Village)
*They will be given safety material but not tools
*Will work in teams of 3 to 4 people

**Will NOT be building anything & will NOT be working in occupied apartments**
