Bakery Lab Technician - Full-time / Part-time

The QC/QA Technician will be responsible for performing physical and chemical quality analysis on products within the manufacturing industry.

Candidates must be incredibly detailed and have a passion for quality. Great communication skills are critical as they will be working directly with manufacturing and ensuring quality product in being released for their customers.

The QC/QA technician will be communicating directly with production line workers, production supervisors, and the rest of the quality department.

Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in the sciences with 0-1 year of academic or industry lab experience; High School Diploma with 2+ years of laboratory experience

• texture analysis
• color
• pH
• melting point
• salt percentage
• moisture percentage
• firmness
• viscosity, etc...
