Requirements

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years of experience working directly with customers solving complex issues Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (creating grids, sorting and filtering), Microsoft PowerPoint (building presentations), and Microsoft Outlook Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (Washington State)Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher Healthcare experience Public sector experienceSoft Skills: Demonstrated writing and communication skillsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
