Join us and start doing your life's best work.SMThe Employer Installation Administrator is responsible for completing SCI Contract Coding projects for medical, ancillary and wellness products. The Employer Installation Administrator will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely completion of state and product compliant projects using the SCI application and iStream / Calligo. Major responsibilities include assessing project requirements, troubleshooting and resolving projects deficiency, coding and testing of the contract templates to support product and state / federal compliance requirements.Primary Responsibilities:Assess project requirements and documents for thorough project understandingApply Department’s process standards to satisfy project requirementsUnderstand and apply programing / coding logicResolve issues with tested programing / codeImplement quality process to thoroughly test and troubleshoot programing / codeMaintain acceptable quality levels and project turn around times

Requirements

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED1+ years programing experienceExperience with Microsoft Excel including manipulating rows and columns, multitasking across multiple worksheets, applying themes and borders, executing macros.Experience with Microsoft Word including creating and manipulating tables, understanding styles and style templates, working with tables of content and page layout, and executing macros.Experience with Microsoft SharePoint including site navigation, site hierarchy and content, working with views and data selection, adhering to required check - out / in procedures.Experience with Microsoft Windows including navigating and organizing tools.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (or higher)1+ years working in the Healthcare insurance industryExperience working with Healthcare / Insurance Products and Experience working with Healthcare / Insurance ContractsExperience with Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create, modify and customize documentsProject coordination experienceExperience with Microsoft SharePoint - working with databases, macro building, project mythologyProject coordination / methodology experience1+ years of experience working with process improvement teamsSoft Skills:Strong Analytical SkillsHighly detailed orientedTimeline managementAbility to multi taskAbility to adapt and work in a changing environmentActive Team participantPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods working at a computerService center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activityAbility to work with different time zonesAbility to work with language barriersCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
