Direct customer interaction utilizing alternative methods, such as mail, email or live chat. Answers and works to resolve a wide variety of inquiries.Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or 10+ years of work experience in a customer service role or office setting
Ability to type at least 65 WPM
