Shift Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

 We are seeking two (2) Full Time, Hourly, Shift Supervisors position for our Greenwood, IN store. This permanent position requires a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, occasional overnights, and holidays. This position supports store management keyholder duties in receiving the merchandise,maintaining an organized backroom/​salesfloor, signing & inventory control functions, maintaining a safe and productive salesfloor, supervising the associates, merchandise presentation/​recovery, seasonal transitions, customer service, etc.​ Excellent growth opportunity!

 Key Responsibilities:
  
 ·  Prepares backroom for receiving process
 ·  Supervises and participates in unloading the truck
 ·  Meets and exceeds productivity standards
 ·  Assesses Store Plan needs with available Crew
 ·  Assigns stocking/​merchandising jobs according to priorities
 ·  Directs associate activities
 ·  Maintains salesfloor/​stockroom organization
 ·  Executes Merchandising Plans
 ·  Drives sales and email colection
 ·  Supports smooth front end operations
 ·  Discusses the results with Management
 ·  Ensures a high level of customer service on the Sales Floor.​
  
 
Requirements:
 

Previous Retail Supervisory Experience in the following:
  
 ·        Merchandising
 ·        Stocking Process
 ·        Training
 ·        Front End/​Salesfloor organization
 ·        Store Standards
