The Talent Management Group drives the overall field strategy relative to the sourcing, selection, and development of Financial Advisor Associates for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. The FAA Analyst role will be responsible for supporting various reporting and adhoc requests related to FAA strategic initiatives and program management. In addition, they will support the financial and operational aspects of the FAA business including forecasting, budgeting, and overall expense and policy management.

This person will report to the Head of FAA Analytics and serve as the liaison between various departments including, but not limited to, HR, Finance, Office of Business Management and Diversity teams as it relates to all specific requests and deliverables.

The FAA Analytics Analyst works with the FAA Department heads, FAA Manager of Analytics, business team and strategic partners to understand needs for key analytics and reports required to support Program functions and deliverables and then create an overall support structure to manage data requirements and adhoc deliverables on a go forward basis

Primary Responsibilities:

Performance

* Create and support FAA standard and adhoc requests

* Ability to understand data requirements and create and deliver adhoc analysis and recommendations in a timely manner and in a presentable format

* Communicate effectively across various departments to ensure deliverables are being met

* Create standardized daily/weekly tracking reports to provide useful statistics and metrics to FAA business teams to help manage the program

* Deliver on all diversity analysis and report requests in a timely manner

* Prepare and oversee FAA forecast and budget plus liase with Finance, HR and diversity departments to ensure consistency on assumptions and deadlines

Policies and Procedures

* Maintain FAA Policy and Procedure Guide of the FAA Program including all Pilot Programs

Operational Issues

* Support all Pre-Production Assessment tracking and monthly communication:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Minimum 5-6 years' experience in Financial Analytics and/or Accounting; experience in Financial Services industry a plus

* Strong Presentation and communication skills, with ability foster strong relationships among the team and other departments

* Knowledge of SaleForce experience a plus

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills:

* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills a must

* Ability to work with a large quantity of data and spreadsheets and format into a usable and presentable format
