Summary

Build and maintain an excellent client facing company store / corporate services team that focuses on delivering superb services for the employees at EA's Redwood Shores campus. Manage current relationships and marketing outreach related to promotions and "new services" for campus.  Assist in researching the needs of EA Redwood Shores employees for additional services and executing programs to fit the growing needs of EA Redwood Shores employees.   

 

Responsiblities

  • Develop framework for future e-commerce employee store
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Lead and manage company store and team
  • Find and promote external vendors and offerings
  • Develop, manage plan and set expectations for external vendors
  • Provide training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Work with Marketing to find and create new product lines
  • Create and lead buying club to help find and procure new products
  • Report on sales, buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and traffic
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  • Additional store manager duties as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration, hospitality, hotel management or related field a plus (or equivalent experience). 
  • At least one year experience managing a team.
  • Ability to project manage, prioritize and successfully meet deadlines.
  • Cost conscious and able to stay within budget parameters.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Creative/clever problem solver who is comfortable making decisions.
  • A high-energy, self-motivated, team player with outstanding organizational talents.
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision to maintain a customer focused detail-oriented approach.
  • Well versed in MS Office, possess strong Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research and database skills.  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CAD experience a plus.
  • Project management background a plus
