Client Team Specialist - Customer Service
This opportunity is with a growing audit and analyst company of forklifts in Lawrenceville! This company offers growth, healthcare, and a liberal PTO policy. A great opportunity for the right person!
How the position works:
Invoices come in from service providers and are scanned and logged into a data base. Invoices are reviewed by Client Team Analysts. Once the invoices are reviewed, the process routes to the Client Team Specialist. The Client Team Specialist then has all the communicate with the client! This Client Team Specialist will speak with clients over the phone, via email, and in person.
Requirements:
*Intermediate with Microsoft Excel (ability to do auto sum, paint brush, print reports, and convert Excel to PDF)
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent the company professionally
*Issue monthly reports on firm due dates to the clients
*Process invoices in a timely manner
*Knowledge of forklifts is a plus, as this company deals a lot with forklift analysis
*Experience with Mac computers is a plus
*Experience with Filemaker software is a plus
*Ability to be level-headed and handle stress well, as well as defuse issues
*Ability to do service initiation with new clients
The pay rate for this position starts at $15 & will increase after hired on to around $17-$18/hr depending on performance.
