Alpharetta Residential Design System and Installation Company is currently looking to expand their team by hiring a Customer Service/Technician Scheduler.
Recruiting for sharp individuals to take incoming calls to assist builders and/or customers with low voltage service in new or existing homes!
Pay: $15/hour + Benefits
Paid Weekly!
Job Responsibilities:
- Light troubleshooting
- Handling processing of POs and work order tickets
- Need knowledge of cities and surrounding areas so they can dispatch the properly located technician
- Around lunch, this person will need to make sure resources are dispatched, cancellations are covered and back fill any service calls which haven’t been completed
- Sharp – they need to be able to remember which technicians customers liked or disliked so they can dispatch the same (or someone different) if they receive a 2nd call
- Make reminder calls to customers and technicians
Seeking candidates with these skills:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Quick learner
- Need to be very empathetic over the phone with customers
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication
