Aerotek Staffing Agency is hiring for Customer Service Representatives for one of their start-up health care companies in Downtown Denver. These positions are 3 month contract to hire roles, full time Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. The starting pay is $15/hr and candidates will receive a pay increase once hired on permanently.

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative
- MUST have a 4 year degree from an accredited college or university
- Bonus: If candidates have experience playing collegiate sports, were members of clubs on campus, studied abroad or were member of fraternities/ sororities.
- Seeking candidates that are looking to start a successful career in the health care industry
Job Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- 1) this role will be making 2 day delinquency calls. If a person has not paid their bill and is 2 days late, this role will call them to inquire about the reason why and provide any additional information required for them to be able to make that payment )
- 2) to open returned mail all the way back to 2015. When opening they will need to do research to find the new address information for the patient. This research will include calling the clinics and the patients themselves to update. They will then resend it out.
