Interior Designer

Interior Designer needed for large company in Atlanta.

Overview:

• Vast knowledge, experience and skills in programming, space planning, design and documentation processes, procedures and standards.
• Preparation of design documents and other deliverables in all phases of design: Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents, Construction Administration, FFE Design/Coordination/Procurement and Installation
• Collaboration with clients, contractors and others to develop leading edge, innovative interior design solutions
• Prepares and manages 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
• Responsible for client and team management.
• Corporate Interior experience preferred.

Requirements:

• 6 years of Interior Design experience.
• BA or MA degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• High level programming and space planning skills.
• Adept knowledge of architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art, signage, color and materials to carryout design intent
• Software proficiencies in MS Office and AutoCAD or Micro station required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
