About this job
We have a part-time opening for a COMMERCIAL LOAN OPERATIONS ASSISTANT.
This position assists the Operation Officer in managing a wide variety of responsibilities, includes but not limited to follow-up with ongoing loan exceptions, posting of payments, data entry, mail, scanning, electronic, and paper filing of documents, daily back up of server, order office supplies and equipment, and other general office duties as needed.
- Must have 2 or more years experience in document processing, preferably for commercial loans.
- Must have a high school diploma. Associates Degree preferred.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Background check required.
Wage: $15-19/HOUR; FLEXIBLE HOURS; PAID TIME OFF; 401K MATCHING.
