Customer Service - Account Manager, Inside Sales –Import/Distribution Company in Huntley, IL

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $14/hour, will increase plus incentives and bonus after training is complete

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative role is primarily responsible for account management and inside sales.

Customer Service - Account Manager Duties Include:

• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Provide consultation sales support to increase order volume
• Prospect for new business – contact leads generated during trade shows
• Administrative support to Outside Sales team Support marketing efforts: assist with creation of PowerPoint presentation slides, print literature, social media marketing, and more
• Order confirmation and entry, invoicing -- especially during peak season (July-October)
• Customer care including problem-solving, consultative sales, sharing product knowledge

Customer Service - Account Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role with marketing and/or inside sales exposure
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organization and detail orientation
• PC proficient with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop desired
• Time management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
