Responsibilities

• Responsible for Project & Portfolio Tool (Clarizen) and ServiceNow development

• Provide input towards development standards, processes and development environments

• Recommend options for continuous improvement of solutions delivery process
• Provide solutions designs to business processes
• Provide estimates development efforts for PPM and ServiceNow efficiently and appropriately estimate work effort requirements
• Interact directly with the Business Community and/or Business Analyst to identify requirements, demonstrate progress, and showcase newly developed functionality
• Active member of development SCRUM meetings, sizing, sprint reviews, and sprint planning sessions

Required Experience and Skills

• Technical Skillset:
  • Knowledge with Project Management methodology and in SDLCs for various IT projects.
  • Create enterprise level status reports out of Clarizen
  • Programming proficiency in JavaScript, C#,
  • Understanding with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and third party controls
  • Ability to diagnose complex issues and recommend improvements

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Positive, employee-focused attitude and superior customer service
• Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient
• Experience using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies – Scrum
• Cross Functional Team Interaction with Project Manager, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure
• Creating Technical Documentation - Design Diagrams, Technical Specifications

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Project / Program Knowledge - PPM Clarizen
• Customize the Clarizen tool, integrate with JiRA
• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (Software Development Computer Science)
