Quality Control Technician - Full-time / Part-time

MUST HAVES
1. Scientific background from school or industry (Bachelors, Associates or certificate)
2. Strong multitasking skills and ability to lean quickly
3. Some lab experience and interest

Entry Level QC Technician will be trained from scratch to perform analytical and physical QC testing. They will be responsible for the analysis of metal powders. Ideally the candidate has an Associate degree in a science related field, or experience in a QC environment. The ability to multi-task is very important, as the position is in a fast paced work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Successful candidate will:

- Perform density, particle size, and BET surface area analysis of metal powders.
- Perform trace metal analysis using both AA and ICP techniques.
- Perform rheological and conductivity analysis.
- Perform both SEM and TGA analysis.
- Report data in a clear & concise manner, and maintain good records
- Input test data into a database and produce certificate of analysis.
- Package both customer samples & scrap product as required
