About this job
Our 2nd Assistant Managers lead the daily store operations in absence of the Store Manager or 1st Assistant Manager. In addition, they assist the Store Manager and 1st Assistant Manager on all store operations while they are on duty. The typical hours for a 2nd Assistant Manager are 2p - 10p, although this can slightly vary by store and customer volume.
2nd Assistant Managers start at $11 per hour, earn monthly bonuses and have Health/Dental/Vision benefit options.
Qualifications:
Some of the qualifications for our 2nd Assistant Managers include:
- Encourage ongoing and open communication, feedback and follow-up
- Communicate with Store Manager any observations of employee job performance or other store issues
- Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with fully trained management team members and sales associates
- Comply with programs, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
- Delegate tasks and follow-up as necessary
Experience:
- One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operations preferred
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
