Spectrum Health is seeking a Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Big Rapids, Michigan. Conveniently located off of US-131, this location is a short drive to Grand Rapids, Lake Michigan, and other popular Michigan destinations! Known for being the home of Ferris State University and a nature lover's paradise, Northwest Michigan boasts countless summer and winter activities, charming downtown shopping districts, championship golf, a quality of life that is second to none, and much more!
This is full time, employed position with flexible scheduling and a fantastic physician/APP team! Spectrum Health Big Rapids Hospital has 53 patient beds. Daily census for our hospitalist team varies from 10-18 patients. Day shifts/night shifts required. New grad PA's/NP's are welcome to apply! We have a robust orientation period for all new providers.

Basic Qualifications:
Education - Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
Licenses - Physician Asst (PHYS ASST)*\\\\
Basic Life Support (BLS) Note used for BLS,CPR & BCLS)\\\\
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)\\As appropriate for patient population\\
Preferred Qualifications:
Licenses - Current NCCPA certification\\\
Membership in appropriate professional specialty organizations\\\
