Six months verifiable work experience, excellent attendance record, ability to stand for 10 hour shift. Ability to work in very warm environment. Operators must have ability to use upper body to push and pull, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Trimmers required to have ability to use scissors for 10 hour shift.
