US GREEN is hiring experienced outbound sales appointment setters. This position will consist of daily office based work where you will be provided a calling station in the US GREEN home office. You will be required to do the following:

  • Make outbound cold calls to:
    • Residential homeowners call list
    • Contacting commercial and non-profit organizations to gain interest in our services
  • Call past and current leads/opportunities to gain interest and schedule appointments (warm leads)
  • Make calls to clients we did not sell to rebook appointment with a Manager (Re-sits)
  • Data Entry into our Salesforce portal for client account management.
  • Outbound emails to clients that our automated system cannot complete.
  • Follow ups with past calls to book the appointment
  • Qualify opportunities before scheduling appointment

Qualifications and Skills:
Working at US GREEN we will require the applicant to meet certain qualifications to be employed with our company. Here is a list of requirements to meet to get hired:

  • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
  • Ability to make cold calls
  • Availability for days, nights (until 7:00 pm), and Saturday shifts
  • Minimum 6 months of outbound cold call experience
  • Minimum High school diploma or GED Certificate required
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office
  • Previous use of CRM tools for managing customer accounts
  • Ability to multitask while on the phone
  • Above average typing skills/speed for data entry
  • Clear English speaking voice (bilingual a plus)
  • Ability to write professional emails to prospective clients
Compensation Plan:
US GREEN will be providing two immediate compensation plans. Currently this position will earn:
   1) Base Hourly Pay: $12 to $14 per hour between 24 to 40 hours a week (depending on production and experience)
   2) A bonus commission program for securing appointments and closed deals (please inquire within):
       a.Lead bonus is only paid if appointment is sat and qualified
       b.Sale bonus is only once agreement is executed and past 3-day cancellation period
