The Springs Living is seeking a Maintenance Porter for our brand new Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community that will be opening late springs/early summer of 2017 in Eugene, Oregon. This state of the art, beautifully designed community will include 216 wonderful homes, both apartments and cottages, and include a variety of amenities including restaurant-style dining, a pool and spa, aquaponics gardening, and more.
The Springs Living seeks jack-of-all-trades with the perfect blend of personal warmth and technical skills. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, light maintenance, and addressing resident and building problems. Our ideal candidate is flexible, friendly, observant, patient, organized, and enjoys helping with whatever need may arise!

Qualifications
- Current Driver's License
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous experience in construction and/or apartment maintenance preferred but not required
- Be able to work 7am-3:30pm, Tuesday-Saturday
