Tenant Improvement Foreman

Central Bethany Development is looking for a Tenant Improvement Foreman to perform remodeling and demolition projects at our busy commercial & residential properties in Bethany Village (north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area).  The right candidate will be professional, organized, detail oriented, and personable.  Our growing organization includes  commercial retail, office, residential apartments, a senior living community and athletic club.  This position includes few nights and weekends, minimal travel, all tools and company vehicle to perform duties, and potential for future growth.  

Responsibilities: 

• Complete construction and remodeling projects
• Ensure construction meets local building codes
• Perform Tenant improvements to building codes as needed
• Frame, Sheetrock, paint and texture and all other aspects related to building trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Operate pressure washer
• Paint lots, curbs, etc.
• Preventative maintenance
• Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year previous construction experience required
• Detail Oriented, ensuring high standards are met
• Good communication skills
• Hardworking and Positive Attitude

Pay: Typically starts $15 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
