About this job
We are seeking energetic, motivated, and reliable Warehouse Associates for the Orlando area for a distribution center. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a very positive attitude and previous warehouse experience.
Working hours: 9am - 5pm 30min lunch & (2) 10 min breaks / 5 days a week, 2 scheduled days off Friday, Saturday, Sunday, busiest days: will consider part time for Fri, Sat, Sun
Pay: $10 per hour
Responsibilities include:
Picking orders, placing in totes and staging according to order by hand
Relocate products using pallet jacks if necessary
Pulling merchandise from warehouse stock bins and shelves
Recording selected merchandise in accordance with standard operating procedures
Packaging merchandise for shipment, either in boxes or on pallets
Ensuring correct and complete labels are attached to all orders processed
May use date gun for labeling
Dress Code is very casual. Pants and a nice shirt. No tank tops. Must have closed toed shoes
No Cellphones, No Headphones. Music is played loudly throughout the warehouse for everyone to enjoy.
Must wear safety vest (will be provided)
Requirements:
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and handle high volume workload
Regular attendance and punctuality
Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
Physical Demands:
Consistently stand and/or walk during shift
Lift and move up to 45 pounds
Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch
