Executive Assistant to the CEO
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing firm that became a true market leader in Brooklyn in just under a decade. The Executive Assistant will have a tremendous impact on our business as it will directly support and improve the productivity of the Founder and CEO. The next phase of our growth will greatly depend on people like you, who are committed, eager and capable of making things happen.
The position is situated at the heart of everything the company is involved with and, as such, it is instrumental for the candidate to both experienced and skilled at coordination, administration and office management -- and as importantly -- passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about what we do. The position will be an extension of the CEO visibility in the market and as such, it is important that the candidate has exceptional positive attitude, great people skills, professionalism as well as strong ethics and writing skills.
The executive assistant will have three core areas of responsibilities
Executive Assistant to CEO
Office administration and management
Personal Assistance to CEO
Key Job Functions:
Time management and complete control over CEO calendar, including coordinating, scheduling, tracking, arranging and reminding of internal and external meetings, events and functions
Answer and direct all incoming team phone calls entire sales team
Coordinating companywide meetings and events
Coordinating with other partners and team members' special meetings and functions
Pay all bills, print checks and track budgets
Make dinner reservations, order lunch food and make travel arrangements
Monitor, order and manage office supplies, food according to budget
Coordinate the office cleaning team
Manage all memberships, event tickets, donations and sponsorships
Manage Conference Room calendar and Event Management Coordination calendars
Order all marketing materials
Event Production and Event Support: parties, roundtables and conferences
Run personal errands for CEO including but not limited to dry cleaning, car maintenance, dog walking, family arrangements and pickups
Greet and direct all visitors to the office

Team player, must work well with clients, employees, partners and vendors
The candidate will bring their own vision and sensibility into the position. They know how to get things done and work collaboratively with all team members to achieve maximum productivity

Proficiency in EXCEL and QuickBooks
At least 3-6 years' experience as an executive assistant to a CEO and/or office manager
MUST BE BASED IN BROOKLYN
Salary $72,000 + Cell Phone Expenses
