Mover / Removal Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk and Moving is now hiring movers and hauling specialists with driver qualifications to provide services to both our residential and commercial clients involving direct interaction with customers, loading and unloading items, safely driving and operating our trucks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

1) Heavy lifting and physically demanding working conditions. 

2) Care in handling customer belongings.

3) Completing marketing tasks 

4) Safely operating trucks and equipment. 

5) Providing an unbelievable customer experience. 

6) Hauling unwanted items.

7) Hitting revenue goals and benchmarks. 

8) Safely operating trucks and equipment.

You are reliable, trustworthy, responsible, hardworking and clean-cut. You have amazing customer service skills and also have experience in general labor. You are a team player and goal oriented. You realize that this is a physically demanding job, but being out on the truck is always fun and beats the boredom of an office job.Shifts are flexible based on employee availability.

~Positions are available (3-5 days per week) in Indianapolis.~

Requirements: 

1) Must have clean driving history. 

2) Must be able to pass criminal background test.  

3) Must have a valid driver's license. 

4) Must have your own reliable transportation.  

5) Must have good physical strength and stamina. 

6) Must have the ability to clearly communicate with customers. 

7) Must be able to work quickly and efficiently. 

8) Must be a team player.

Compensation:

Hourly base pay; plus performance incentives up to $16+/hr
