JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for documenting and distributing project volume and workload information to VP, GVP, and SVP level business sponsors and IT executive leads. This role will coordinate and attend weekly calls with IT leadership and business partner executive leads to prioritize and plan delivery efforts across the IT organization, creating a seamless transition between IT Intake and Delivery. The role will also assist with identifying cross-functional dependencies, communicating delivery risks and potential impacts, and understanding IT delivery team’s capacities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with development and implementation of a process that will assist IT leadership and business sponsors with new project analysis, delivery planning, and prioritization.
Manage the new project queue awaiting IT delivery, while aligning these projects according to the IT and corporate strategy with prioritization and planning activities.
Work closely with peer teams to evaluate project dependencies and cross functional impacts that could alter initiative prioritization.
Assist with reduction of project backlog, including working with delivery teams to understand resource capacity and forecasts.
Assist with development and implementation of process to provide leadership with a clear understanding of current delivery volume, Intake pipeline, and impacts to business processes and IT supported platforms and systems
Learn and understand the business processes, systems, and teams to better understand needs and identify opportunities
Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to improve communication, build, repair, and strengthen relationships, and enable collaboration to achieve goals
Serve as the customer’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and direction, assisting with prioritization, identifying cross-functional team impacts, and facilitating discussions to remove barriers to success
Develop and implement plan to analyze business roadmaps, and collaborate with Strategy & Planning teams to develop an enterprise roadmap that aligns projects, identifies dependencies and constraints, and highlights potential bottlenecks and constraints’
Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies and procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, leadership, and business customers - in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
Advanced computer skills, with proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Advanced analytical skills, with ability to collect, gather, visualize, and analyze information, and see problems from different points of view.
Advanced ability to collect, analyze, manage, organize, and present data in meaningful dashboards and graphs for leadership at multiple levels
Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new reporting solutions
Very strong document writing skills, with advanced ability to write multiple types of process, project, and requirement documentation
Strong attention to detail in all work products
Advanced ability to translate business needs into requirements
In-depth knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies
Proven ability to operate with a sense of urgency and commitment, with an outstanding work ethic
Proven ability to think strategically and make recommendations for action
Ability to learn new systems and applications, and understand how this impacts existing processes and systems, and the organizations that support them.

Demonstrated ability to meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently
Demonstrated knowledge of information technologies, core business processes, and methodologies related to telecommunications or cable operators, including:
The Enhanced Telecoms Operations Map (eTOM) framework
Telecommunications business process and customer lifecycle management, including: lead management, order to cash management, service activation and provisioning, & CPE device management
Customer relationship management (CRM) processes, including sales and marketing, commissions, call center support, customer contact and customer service.
OSS/BSS systems and processes
Billing, credit, and collection processes
Portfolio, program, and project management, including project planning, resource planning, billing, time and expense, and project costing

Education
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience.
