Position: 3rd Shift Feed Mill Operator
Job Summary: To manufacture, inspect, sell, and deliver feed and related products in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service. Duties include:
- Assists in the efficient scaling of hand additives, following all HACCP SOP’s (Hazard analysis and critical control points – standard operating procedures). (50%)
- Bag feed following all HACCP SOP’s. (10%)
- Scale and load bulk feed trucks following HACCP SOP’s. (10%)
- Receive bulk ingredients following HACCP SOP’s. (10%)
- Maintains equipment and facilities, and a clean work area. (10%)
- Enforce and uphold the cooperative’s safety and credit policies. (10%)
Location: Cottage Grove, WI
Pay: $15
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (9pm – 7am)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Agriculture experience preferred but not required
- Displays a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently.
