About this job

Managing their calendars, paperwork with write ups to get to the appropriate places, placing orders for additional staff, setting up employee engagement events, a lot of email work; primarily based in outlook
- Primarily in charge of the calendars

Preferred experience:

- Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production setting
- Administrative, multi-tasking, organizational experience

Work Environment: - Supporting the Distribution Center in the assembly area
-> Helpful if anyone has previous manufacturing experience and supporting in a production environment

- Communication; supervisors are newer to their roles; any experience with SAP or ERP

- Casual dress with steel toes


HOURS:
- Flexible
- 6/7/8:00 AM - 3/4/5:00 PM
- Not a lot of OT, 30/60 minutes lunch break
