HR Admin

We are now hiring for an HR generalist to work with the HR Manager. This position's primary function will be recruiting, but additional responsibilities include payroll, benefits, and other administrative/clerical duties.

Candidates will be working with sensitive and confidential information. Prior experience in manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Primary duties & responsibilities include:
- Recruit hourly & salaried positions for manufacturing positions in
- Conduct pre-hire testing, drug screens, and background checks
- Collaborate with HR Manager to source qualified candidates and maintain recruitment pool
- Complete new hire paperwork and orientation
- Track attendance warnings and enter disciplinary actions into system
- Assist employees with questions regarding benefits
