Aerotek is screening candidates for a Customer Care Representative in Concord, CA.

Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire (Depending on Performance)
Location: Concord, CA
Pay: $18.00/Hour
Hours: Candidates must be flexible with hours of operation. (8am-8pm, Monday - Sunday)

*Must be willing to submit to drug and background.*

Job Description:

• Setting up Sales appointments, taking payments, canceling accounts answering billing questions are some of the basic duties.
• Will be handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Requires basic math skills to do calculations over the phone or through chat- calculating bills, canceling payments, etc.
