Reputable firm seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join their team in the Lake Success, NY area!
The ideal candidate must have recent experience as a Loan Processor with a strong understanding of mortgage loan processing (Residential or Commercial). Must be computer proficient with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal a must!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: taking files from initial intake to closing; data entry; order, coordinate and review loan documents to ensure they are compliant with federal/state/local laws; maintain departmental files; ensure all deadlines are met; etc.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
