Are you looking to get your foot in the door of an established Greenwood office?!
Express is now working with a local insurance company to help replace their Customer Service Agent! This person will have room to grow and will eventually need to get a license. This is an evaluation to hire position, offers a flexible schedule of 30 hours a week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Dictation (data entry, copy/paste, editing)
- Inbound/Outbound calls
- Filing
- Marketing/Service letter preparation
Job Requirements:
- Basic Word/Excel skills
- Excellent phone presence
- Must be willing to get life/health/Securities License
- Professional office experience
The right candidate should be independent, easy going, professional, and teachable. The office culture is quiet and “old school”. This person should be comfortable with a more relaxed environment with older office equipment. The workload can be a bit repetitive at times, and will require some lifting and bending.
