Collections Representative - Full-time / Part-time

This role is a competitive, outbound collections role. There is a dialer system as well as computer program where individuals will toggle between different screens, make outbound calls, update the spreadsheet. There are also metrics in place on the three different tier of collections on which individuals are ranked.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of outbound collections experience
• Flexibility with schedule
• Comfortable making up to 200 outbound calls a day
