IT Technician - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently seeking candidates for an IT Technician to support all IT related equipment including software, and hardware.  Other job duties include, but are not limited to:  creating accounts, technical support, troubleshooting assistance, diagnosing issues, issue resolution and response, maintain and support security systems.  The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years experience in a related role.  A degree in computer science, or a related field is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 or more years' experience in a related role
• Hardware installation, and break/fix repair
• Microsoft Windows
• Windows XP
• SQL Server
• Exchange, and Office Skills
• Microsoft Office
• TCP/IP
• New PC builds
• PC/LAN troubleshooting
• Wired and Wireless networking
• Smart phone and phone system
• Cabling
• General office equipment
• Computer networking including troubleshooting internet connectivity issues
• Configuring routers
