Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

• Performs scheduled maintenance, makes repairs, and completes inspections required by the FAA.
• Inspecting engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, brakes, valves, pumps, and air-conditioning systems.
• Repair sheet metal or composite surfaces, measure the tension of control cables, and check for corrosion, distortion, and cracks in the fuselage, wings, and tail.

Qualifications:

• AC130J model experience
• Requires an A&P license
• 5+ years of A&P experience
• Some sheetmetal experience is a plus
• Preferably experience working in a Mod Center or MRO
• Ability to read engineering drawings required
• FAA repair station experience
• Understands how to fire up an APU
• Experience troubleshooting/diagnosing propulsion/hydraulic systems
